Production (Made to Order)

DissidenTs uses a made‑to‑order production model.  Each piece is created when you purchase it. This keeps our process intentional and helps reduce overproduction and waste. Please allow a few extra days for your item to be created before it ships.

Sustainability

Our made‑to‑order approach reduces excess inventory and keeps our footprint smaller than traditional mass manufacturing. Our printing partners use modern, water‑based inks and responsible manufacturing practices, and items that don't pass quality checks are recycled whenever possible. It's a slower, more thoughtful production process, and it aligns with the values behind every drop we release.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we don't hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost.  Please note that replacements are issued in lieu of monetary refunds.  Just contact us within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.  Include your order details and a photo of the issue. We want every piece to arrive exactly as intended.  All submittals or questions should be directed to returns@dissidentees.co.  All requests will be answered within 2 business days of receipt.
